We're Hygienically Clean

Hygienically Clean is an established threshold that guides the reduction of pathogens on textile products to levels that pose no threat of human illness, according to the Certification Association for Professional Textile Services Administration (CAPSTA).

Microbial levels previously established by CAPSTA and the European Union(EU) serve as the basis for Hygienically Clean certification. A Hygienically Clean label requires consecutive months of independent laboratory testing before certification and ongoing testing to maintain that designation.

The TRSA’s Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council and the Hygienically Clean label are integral to ensuring patients’ safety. There is no higher standard than TRSA product quality.
